Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live), and have the legal authority to bind your business and to connect any channel or account you link to the Service.
2. The Service
Discover333, operated by Signal333 Ventures, helps you create, preview, schedule and publish original short-form video content to your own channels using official platform APIs. Depending on your plan this may include setup help, script review, footage and music selection, end cards, previews and automated daily publishing.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure; for the scripts, claims and other content you supply or approve; and for making sure your use of the Service follows these Terms and applicable law. Nothing is scheduled for publication until you have approved it.
4. Original content only
The Service is built for content you own or have the right to publish. You may not use it to repost, scrape or redistribute third-party content without authorisation.
5. Footage, music and licences
Stock footage and music offered through the Service come from third-party sources under their own licences. You must keep to those licence terms. Clips and tracks you upload yourself must be ones you have the right to use. We are not responsible for content you upload or choose.
6. Platform compliance
The Service works through official APIs and authorisation provided by platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, and does not circumvent, misuse or abuse any API or rate limit. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to that connection. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms, community guidelines and developer policies, and platforms may change or restrict access at any time.
7. Account security
You must not share your Discover333 access with unauthorised parties. You are responsible for activity under your account.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to publish spam, misinformation, hateful or unlawful content, or anything that breaks a connected platform's rules. You are responsible for having the rights to publish everything you submit. We may suspend access for breaches of this clause.
9. No advice, no guarantee of results
Content you publish is yours. The Service publishes what you approve and is not a substitute for professional advice: if your videos discuss money, health, law or similar subjects, you are responsible for their accuracy and for any required disclaimers. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, leads, sales or any other outcome from publishing.
10. Intellectual property
All content you publish remains your intellectual property, and Discover333 does not claim ownership of it. You give us permission to store, process, edit into video format and publish it on your behalf as needed to provide the Service. The Service's software, branding and infrastructure remain the property of Signal333 Ventures.
11. Fees and subscription
Discover333 is in early access. The Service is charged monthly. Founding customers agree a minimum term of three months; after the minimum you may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for. Optional assisted setup, if you choose it, is a separate one-off fee shown to you before you buy. Current fees, plans and any other charges are shown on our website and again before you pay, and form part of your agreement. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have by law.
12. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, changes to third-party APIs, expired platform sign-ins, or circumstances beyond our control.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal333 Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to publish. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal333 Ventures from claims, damages or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
16. Termination
Either party may end the agreement at any time. You can disconnect your channels yourself at any time. On termination, your access credentials and publishing data are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the website or by email where we hold contact details.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
